Please come register at the door. 
On site registration is from 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Friday,
                                       and 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Please note: We will accept cash and checks for payment at the door.  We will have limited ability to accept credit/debit transactions.

If you would like to pay by credit/debit card, and save some time filling out paperwork at the door, as a courtesy, you may fill out this registration as an on-site registration.  If you do so, you must bring your email receipt as proof of payment at the door.  You will not be considered a preregistrant; you will go through on-site registration.

At the Door Prices:

$60 for two days, spouses are free

$40 for one day, spouses are free

Teen Program:  first teen per family: $25

additional teens per family: $15 each

Membership (both new and renewal)  $35

In addition to our normal member benefits, when you join, you are automatically entered a chance to win in our Saturday drawing for a $500 shopping spree in our vendor hall, and you may participate in the Member’s Free Room (lots of wonderful free things from Office Depot)!

Supplemental tickets required for children 5-18 who are not participating in teen or children's program: $10 per person per day ($40 family maximum)

Vendor Hall pass  $15  (Hours:  Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.)

Friday Night Only  $10 per person ($40 family max)  (Hours:  6:00- 8:00 p.m.)

Friday Evening dinner catered by Larry's Smokehouse $6 per person
(chicken or pork BBQ sandwich, coleslaw or beans,chips, soda or water)


Children's program:  Will be at the same time and in the same building as the conference.  They will accept registrations at the door.  For registration and pricing for this program, go to www.childrensconferences.com

Please consider financially supporting the ministry of WATCH and receive conference discounts.  Those who give a tax deductible contribution $250 and above receive a 35% reduction in all conference and event fees. Those who contribute over $450 can attend conferences and events for free. To qualify, sign up for a Level 1 or 2 membership first, and then contact us directly at 425-956-3282, and we will personally assist your registration process.
